I am experienced and certified to properly execute loan documents. I am also available to perform General Notary Work for all your document signing needs. I am licensed, insured, and commissioned by the Commonwealth of Virginia to perform Notarial Acts. As a mobile notary, I come to you! I am available nights, weekends, holidays, and normal working hours.

A Notary Public is defined as a responsible person appointed by the state government to authenticate the signing of important documents and administer oaths. This is called Notarization or Notarial Acts. Notaries are here to increase trust in transactions and to deter fraud.

I act as an impartial witness and ensure that the signers of the documents are who they say they are. Most importantly, I make sure the signers have entered into the agreements knowingly and willingly. I understand that these documents can be overwhelming, but I take pride in being knowledgeable and presenting documents to clients that may have questions or concerns.
